BioI think I'm different than many people. I love myself totally. I smile and laugh a lot. If you're qenuinely smiling then anger is nonexisistent. I do get frustrated sometimes but I get over it. I get sad too, but I'm learning how to move on from both. I accept life as it comes, which is the best way to live. Go with the Flow. Sometimes it spirals.....
Like everyone else, I want a better world. I think we are making one at our own pace, with each generation. I think this one has finally got it and the next several decades are going to see a real shift in conciousness.
